Growing Instructions

Once planted out cover with netting or fleece to prevent attack from birds and insects. Water thoroughly until established then water only if the soil is dry. Weed between rows. Feed autumn sown crop in Mar and Apr. Break off any flower stems that appear.

Cultivation Instructions

Harvest 1-2 weeks after the leaves begin to turn yellow. Harvest on a dry day. Loosen from the soil with a fork and leave on the soil surface for 1-2 days until they have dried in the sun. Once dry remove top foliage.
