A beautiful snow white pumpkin. Will grow to the size of footballs if several fruit are left on one plant. An obvious alternative to the traditional orange varieties at Halloween.

Germinates between 15 and 30°C. Sow from late March-May into modules, or June direct. Spacing 90-150cm x 180-240cm.

Harvest from September to November. Stopping the plants with only 2-3 fruits on the the vine will result in bigger fruits.

Pumpkins can be ripened off the plant. Grow in very rich soil, amended with manure, compost, or other rich source of plant nutrients.

Plant in rows, 5-8 feet in both directions, sowing one seed every 6-12 inches. Or plant in hills, 5 seeds per hill, with the hills 6-8 feet apart, thinning to best three plants. Full sun, ample moisture and insect control as necessary should allow good production from the vigorous plants.

Harvest in autumn when skins are too tough to be easily punctured with a thumbnail. As they are hungry feeders, feed them every 14 days with a potash rich fertilizer. Keep well watered but do not wet the fruit.

Harvest: September to November. Pick fruit regularly to prolong cropping. Suitable for the vegetable garden, allotments and containers.

Be prepared to water well and supplement feed with high-potash feed during season. Regular feeding is recommended
